Camp supplies.
Quick question here. I took a bread roll from Pearson stock that was right beside the table. Do he restock them at some points ? Do I need to bring him more ?

You pay for restocking at the Ledger (next to the camp funds box).

Yeah helping yourself to the stocks be it bullets food or anything you just have to contribute the funds for it they go shopping and restock it so long as there is funds.
Edit
anything that gets low makes the camp icon yellow and then you should check what they are low on.

So if I restock it, items will become available again for me to grab them ?

Camp upgrades and restockings are optional as nearly all of your ammo and supplies you will be finding in open world.

White or red means you need to restock.
