provisions satchel
I have done all satchels to this point. Only this one and East left. Upgraded every thing the ledger will let me. Upgraded Arthurs quarters, john, Dutches quarters... Have all pelts ready for satchel... Ledger is not giving me the option to upgrade anything else!!!

wait so when you go to pearson it says you have all ingredients but you cant craft? maybe try giving him the needed pelts again?

The Trapper can upgrade your satchel he's located at different places out in the forest. Icon on map is a paw
I also used the Fence at Emerald Ranch

Sorry!!! I am A BOOB! Pretty to look at but not worth much else...
It never dawned on me to push the controls to choose .
I thought it was in order. Pay for 1 upgrade and the next available would appear in order as you are allowed to purchase. Forgive me & my brain farts ********
