Why do you need poison arrows to hunt a legendary animal ? You can do that with any weapon technically.
I see, makes sense then.
You gotta come back and find him again.
And if people don't mind me asking, if you donate stuff like pelts to the cook guy, I assume they can't be used for crafting? I ask because I did donate a skin and one of the storage upgrades is not greyed out?
Secondly, is there a way to quick save? How you save in this game is ridiculously clunky and if you ♥♥♥♥ up and need to reload, it's very easy to lose track of time and then have to go back hours. Like rescuing Sean, getting away on low health and somehow slipping on some stones, rolling down a hill to your death.
The pelts, etc that Pearson needs to craft camp items and satchels are listed when you click the craft option at his counter in camp.
You can accumulate all of your pelts, etc at both of the above until you are ready to craft an item. Don't try this with a fence however.
Best thing is to save regularly, especially if there is a high chance of dying. It is clunky, but I don't know of a quicker way to save.
Hope this helps.
