You don't sell the carcass. You must sell the pelt to Gus, then it will be tracked as turned in and you can craft whatever applies if you have the RDO$. You MUST skin them.

I mean... It is kind of silly, what Gus can't skin it? It's not like you can get it back off him to skin it right in front of him and then sell the pelt to him and then the skinned carcass.

Necro or not, that is not a fantastic design choice, why not just do it like the singleplayer and accommodate both?
