DLSS deals with how images are rendered, the bug here is in the game coding . . . that would have to be fixed by identifying and re-writing the bad section of code, which would be on R*'s end, not Nvidia's.
They've known about this for quite a while, so hopefully it's fixed in the next patch. At this point they seem unable to identify the problem, or else don't care to bother fixing it . . .
