Showdown Series doesnt have enough players
Every single day that I have Showdown series daily challenge I need to wait hours to just find a single match. I wonder is there absolutely no players who look for Shootout/Takeover series or I'm doing something wrong.
Although I play with keyboard and mouse, I tried different controller aim assist settings, but it didn't make any difference.

Looks like it's pretty self explanatory. People don't go in for several reasons but predominantly because they don't fancy that type of gameplay.

only on steam there are 16k online players right now and I see all free roam events have enough players. I don't think it is possible to have 0 players for the main 2 pvp events. something is wrong with matchmaking process

People only play them when its like double XP, Cash or Gold. Even then about 70% are AFK farming. with RD0 being a P2P system not a lot of people want to deal with the Chinese guy with 999 ping phasing in and out of the game killing everyone.

I gave up on events and series. After player count dropped the cheaters are concentrated on events and series.

Yeah, the PvP modes in Red Dead Online are kind of a joke. :(

They’re full of cheaters, afk bots, and the Money/Gold/Xp rewards for playing them are pretty weak.

Also, with ability cards, and higher level tonics / ammunition it’s not even a fair playing-field for everyone.

So... no one really plays them. :/

I feel they would be cooler if we didn't play as "The Dandies"
