Replace Vulkan (or whatever you have) with DX12 and see if it sticks. I kind of doubt that'll fix your crash, though.
About the frame limit just turn it off and see.
It seems the problem was indeed the framerate limiter. I'm not 100% sure it won't happen again, especially the random crashes, but at least the door crash doesn't happen anymore.
It's so weird that it happened, because it's just a small room with a bed in it. I'm not sure, but I think the problem was that a person was supposed to spawn in there but somehow didn't when I had the FPS limiter on.
removing frame limiter from Nvidia panel removed the specific crashes
I did try with dx12 yet
