Black spots all over skin

Is this normal, its like an old noisy film on the skin of every one, but only the skin.
Fixed : It looks like rolling your nvidia drivers back seems to fix the issue, use https://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx to find which drivers you should use for your card

that would make sense, just updated them and that seemed to be when it started.

This is because of the new driver.A rollback to 461.40 solved the problem.

It happens only with Vulkan, no problems with Dx12.

I've been having a similar issue ever since upgrading my drivers today, only the spots are white instead of black.

Same, some times black spots/squares appears on the npc's face.

Your character is expired just like bread time to buy a new one from your local shop. It's pretty funny that you get dots or is it the pox? Time to undo the driver update

Thanks, just rolled back to 461.41 and it's fixed now.
