The online mode of this game sucks.

Constantly some fools camping somewhere with a sniper rifle and taking you out.

At least remove scopes and such so this game isn't just some playground for toxic players

Scopes aren't the entire issue. Remove scopes and people will just spam paint it black with dead eye.

There needs to be a bigger penalty for randomly attacking 'good' players. Maybe something like if you do it more then twice in a row you become wanted for every klll they do after

This guy has now killed me like 5 times. I shoot him he does not die but he keeps oneshotting me.

This just sucks, they should be as vulnerable as me when bullets hit them.

Ability cards and tonics makes huge difference. Pvp in this game is simply broken, doesn't help that it's also p2p. If you don't want to fight back just swap session and carry on. There aren't that many hostile players..

Are you comparing this to real life?

In real life an attacker als won't one shot you after you have pumped 4-5 shots with your colt in to his chest.

In real life not every person, is waiting in some bush to shoot you in the head, not even in the " wild west ":

It's a game, no RL.

I did not want to believe it, but playing online is terribly toxic, I found one player so far who has not killed me and greeted me, we both walked away from each other without attacking each other or shooting each other in the back.

Being a good player needs to be rewarded more in this game.

The thread starter is a day old newb (nothing wrong with that btw, my best experiences in this game was a noob) as he shared his early newby experiences last night. He didn't even know what gold was for so, hehe.

That being said no tonics will help him as one body shot will take him out with his zero rank health pool and no serviceable ability cards at max to allow him to survive any shots more than one to his abdomen.

He's also admitted to approaching random players space out in the world <I come in peace, wanna go fishing?> which usually leads to shoot first ask questions later, lol

All that being said I wish I was a real newb again! Good on you OP! /jealous

Did you shoot him first while he is in defensive mode?

Hmm, then why have any laws? If "criminals" dont abide by them riiight?

The point is it makes things more difficult for people to commit crimes with guns, and it does work to great effect in many countries with gun laws, I mean just compare gun crime rates in countries with different restrictions.

yup. it's just a gridny pay to progress mode filled with bugs, glitches, griefers and hackers. Shame the developers were put into making more buggy, grindy roles in mode that noone wants nor enjoys instead of focusing on fixing many annoying singleplayer bugs and improving the game and optimization.
