is there an easy way to find treasure map treasure chests?

because i am looking for one at benedict point atm, and i swear i have combed EVERY INCH of the area, nothing, no treasure box, i even climb that high cliff area, still no. at the end of my rope, lol. also, internet searches seem to yield wierd results, so i am kinda leery of looking for web pages that will offer any info on where they are

mark the treasure locations on your in-game map before *activating* your treasure map.. the topology can be hard to see under the yellowy search area.

just as i was reaching the ultimate level of despair, i found the damned thing. tho tbh, as i said in my post, i am kind of leery of going to websites, the one i clicked had odd lettering, possibly chinese alphabet, and some of them have been known to be hackers. as it is i probably have to run a virus scan now. thank you guys for trying to help, it is much appreciated

If online just search youtube. The best youtuber for it is ronjen1080 p, he has the full map with x's so you can goto those approximate locations. Don't even have to open up and watch the video.
