Pocket watches

Has any been able to equip a pocket watch? I have some in the satchel but the "equip" option is grey and wont let me do it.

In singleplayer I've no problem to equip a watch but multiplayer I've not figured out how to use it yet. But you can see the ingame time anywhere anytime anyway

you can buy a watch for 1 gold in the catalogue, not sure but it might 'unlock' the function to use watches... it's been a long time since I did any of it. OR you already have one equipped?

Doesn't seem you can equip. Either way you can get the time anytime by pressing ctrl. or alt- forget which one. So I sell my clocks with a gold one pretty decent amount. I think you can sell them at "fence" store.

It should be in your item wheel. You may need to buy it like binomas said. When you have multiple pocketwatches you can change the model through your satchel. It's a pointless item, though, as the others pointed out.

what you mean use watch? like the watch trinket you buy that hangs from your belt? you see time on screen? you look at your wrist? im so confused lol

The watch option is on your weapon wheel, in the same spot as metal detector.

You can also find one under the ruined stone fort at Bolgers Glade.

If you don't have a bounty, or if you press it a few times after it displays your bounty, it shows the time and the temperature.

I equipped and use a pocket watch in RDO all the time. Open your satchel. Go to watches. Equip the watch of your choice. Open your weapon/item wheel. Go to Items and on the right side center where you would have binoculars or a camera switch to the watch and release. Can only be used while on foot and not on your horse.
