I cant find this animal,went through all youtube videos this one wont spwan for me

Just check farms north of oilfield or east from Mattock pond. You can keep refreshing bull in one of them if you just ride away few hundred meters and ride back (make distance a bit longer if it does not refresh).

this shows the only two locations for bulls to spawn, the lower one will refresh if you ride past the bridge

Bulls can spawn at Emerald Ranch and one at a farm in Lemoyne. If you worried about the farm animal set it's probably the hardest standard set to complete. Or Wetlands with those stupid watersnakes.
