Do Infamous Bounties Respawn?
Just finished the widow infamous bounty where I had to get all the women. I was wondering, now that I completed it, does it respawn or is it a one time deal?

Yes they reset after some time.

They reset after one hour.
Repeating it increases the difficulty. Not sure if the difficulty resets after maxing out.
Higher difficulty doesn't mean more rewards (in gold at least) just more of a challange.

On the topic of infamous bounties, is it normal that I don't get the bonus $75 after the third mission? (When repeating) Is that only a one time thing?

The infamous bounties do reset after a while you finish them. You won't get a big of a bonus again after fully completing them again though.
