[Fixed] Mission bugged - Who the hell is Leviticus Cornwall

I am having an issue with the first train robbery mission - Who the hell is Leviticus Cornwall.

1. When the train tracks don't blow up cutscene - After watching the whole cutscene, Arthur is stuck inside of the horse for several seconds and can not move. After a few seconds he starts running in a random pattern before getting the controls back. Guarantied to miss the train
2. After failing the mission in (1.) can not restart in checkpoint or mission. I have to kill the game through task manager and try again.
3. If I skip the first cutscene, I am able to run on the correct path and jump on the train. Moving though it and reaching the train engineer when getting hit by a shovel, the train engineer character is invisible. When the engineer grabs me, tapping or holding E or F to break free does nothing.
4. If for some reason the train engineer grabs the other friendly character, shooting in the general direction, breaks him free. The engineer is still invisible tho. Moving to the train cart prompts to hold E or F to stop the train but it does nothing - after some point the train starts clipping through the mountain and get out of bounds.

All these issues block me from progressing onward. Is there anything I can do? Seems like I need to wait for a patch to get this solved, but might be no chance. I don't know if re-installing the game would help.

Is there any other solution? i already tried verifying and did not work. After killing all invisible guys at then end nothing happens.
