What is mission availability in an Online Posse?
I've been playing Online for a while (Rank 40) and a friend of mine wants to join in and start a posse. How exactly are Free Roam Missions and Role Missions going to work? Will they not have access to my missions? Since they want me to be the leader to teach them, does that mean only I can select missions? How do the rewards from missions, role missions, and treasure hunting work? Basically, I am a fool. Please educate me.

Only the posse leader can start the missions, it doesn't matter what kind of mission it is, only you'll be able to start it, also, if you have...let's say the Bounty Hunter Role and they don't have it, then they can play the Bounty Hunter missions too since you'll be the posse leader and you have the role, so there's nothing to worry about "will they have access to my missions"

The rewards will be the same for everyone, role missions, stranger missions, blood money missions etc (all the missions) will give the same reward to all the posse members...let's say you got 0.16 gold and $20 from a bounty, then all the posse members will get the same reward
No treasure hunting will not work, only the person who has the treasure map will get the good stuff, not everybody else
If they have the same role they will also receive role experience for completing missions with you (trader, bounty hunter etc).

You can have up to 7 people in one posse (need the larger camp) but special missions (legendary bounties, moonshine story, etc) are limited to a max of 4 people. This means a posse of 5 or more has limited activities to participate in together. I would prefer if you could still do everything as a larger group but with increased difficulty so it wasn't too easy.
