Also i have it from day one.
after that you install go to geforce and install the recent one,
Also i have a question : i'm on 9700k and my CPU usage is almost 80 sometimes . This is "normal" ?
I think yes. The important not is 100% for your cpu.
actually I had this micro stuttering on April or March can't remember, I got this with Vulkan, and when using Directx was okay no problem, this occurred almost one month every thing i try clean rdr2 installation, driver update (except you reinstall your windows it will work but i don't want to do it) until i rolled back my driver to very old one, can remember which version but it is far before year 2021 release, then i tried playing rdo with it and it worked, after that i tried to install the recent one (without uninstalling the old one manually) just updated it in the GeForce and fortunately it never happens again till now
as i remember this micro stutter is an old bug but can reappear because of the new update (maybe i got this in the update of Outlaw pass 5)
