every time trying to play Maciah Straberry bank stage coach robbery, game getting stuck with wierd textures

''Maciah'' reminds me of coffee... Maciahto? Anyway, OP, try verifying the game files and remove any mods if installed. Loading up a different save file and attempting the mission with that one if you've got another recent savegame could be worth a shot as well.

Yes - verify game files and remove any add-ons you have installed - many of the add-ons for this game are junk.

As a note, you actually do not have to do that mission - just go meet John in Valentine, and that mission will be skipped.

The mission that the OP is talking about.

Actual mission name is "An American Pastoral Scene" (Chapter 2 with Micah), for those that cant figure it out from OP's description.

My guess is he's using add-ons, but bad graphics settings, faulty memory, or slow drive I/O might be an issue too

By skipping you mean it's still available in Ch. 3, right? If OP isn't already in Ch. 3. Cause it can't literally be skipped, seeing as it's a main mission.

Exactly, I was confused too because there is no story mission with Micah that you can skip, sooner or later you will have to complete it to advance in the story
