How do I read newspapers in game?

How do I read bought newspaper in the game? I already tried pressing tab and searching "items" for them, but can't find them.

If i remember correct then on Pc You press B i belive then one of the tabs will have letters, newspapers,pamplets, maps and ect.

Yes, A is correct - press B to open ur Satchel - use Q/E to navigate to the group of items that is paper/readable, and find the slot that is newspapers. This is also how to read a new Recipe if it slips into ur inventory, or u can eat an herb from the appropriate screen.
