which areas are too warm for legendary animal outfits?

hi everyone.
i love the animal outfits from gus but sadly the debuff to your heart core is quite big. so first i wonder which areas give you this debuff and second is there a way to make for example the cougar outfits more fitting for normal weather?

They all are the same. Just eat some provisions once in a while. Or buy hardy tonics (though they are more of a waste of cash)
