He is quite useful and not harmful

Because hes a drunk, old and Lazy. Most the time he just lazes about drinking or sleeping. Arthur is clearly the hardest working of the Gang, relative to that, Uncle is one of the least productive of the gang.


He never does chores, he never works lookout (or hardly does, cant remember seeing him doing it), he just sits in the camp drinking or sleeping. The one or few missions he is part of, he doesn't want to be part of.
