I guess, i tried to like GTA5 but its hard, i think GTA4 is much better.
I thought it was purposely too long at times, to make a point about arthur and life in general, "press w to walk" becomes a sort of joke after a while, like the game is saying, you keep going or you give up, even if your only option is "w". It's a defeat of nihilism in that moment, but it is still an annoyingly long scene lol.
Yeah but it doesnt feel long even with those few side missions. Maybe it feels like that cause the story is pretty shallow and simple with not much variety.
Yeah they should have been many more side missions/bounty hunts. The story is a bit shallow and simple, maybe thats why i get the feeling that its short.
Well personally for me, I only enjoyed the story a little bit, and then the forced mission format started to annoy me, so I just smashed out the main story to see if it let me freeroam after etc, so from my perspective the feeling that it was dragging on was also in part due to me wanting to finish it.
