Evelyn Miller Part V wont start - the American Inferno, burnt out(bug)

My last safegame called "the American Inferno, burnt out III - 100%" and i noticed that i am still in part IV. But i can't remember to finished the Quest. I don't have his america book or his clock. Millers House is not burned down. I played a very long time but the next mission won't start. His name don't popped up at the map. Is there something i can do?

same problem here I am 99.9% so the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mission is missing to reach 100% did you manage to solve it?

Do you remember when this quest is avaliable? I am at the start of epilogue 2 but white mark was where it supposed to be?

Yes, of course.

The mission starts sometimes in epiloge and i was bringing him food for three times, i think.
