Well, you can't claim. A lot of people have gotten their claims just fine. What is your actual issue, no coupon? No claim ticket? No access to the catalog or a shop?

Maybe if you actually say what happened, people might help or at least see what mistake happened.

Are you sure you are doing it correctly? You have to go to the item that you want to purchase and than look at the right side and it should say something about using the coupon.

Don't know why people are butthurt about someone posting either a real issue or just not knowing how to do something correctly. Maybe try to help him out instead of insulting people you bunch of losers.

Longarm metal changes, legendary animal pheremones, and the repeater require you to go to the correct shop and try to buy those things. Usually when you have selected to buy the item, then where it shows all the purchase options in the lower right, one of them will be "claim rewards". It works with most discount coupons also.

As for being stuck at "processing transaction" yeah, that happens sometimes. Usually it just takes time, sometimes a lot of time like a minute at max. If it has gone longer than a minute, then you definitely should contact rockstar support, though they will go through a lot of painful troubleshooting steps to try and find a workaround for whatever is going wrong.

I am also having this issue. It does not give me an option to use a coupon in the catalogue, even though in the Benefits menu it shows I have these coupons.

Well here goes, didnt see if someone actually answered already :(
For PC i did this: to get the coat, get to an clothier, have an look in the catalogue, go to coat section and when selecting an coat i got the choise to press left shift to use the coupon. As i understand this, its not an offer valid for any coat, just a few selected ones and well while its bad and not easy to spot what coats its valid for you just need to test. Same procedure with the repeater, just get to an gunsmith instead.

Hope it helps abit anyway.

Tried all coats? As i stated, not all coat seems valid for this offer. Ofc if this bugs for players i feel bad for you and i hope it gets fixed soon
