RX 580 8GB optimal settings?

Hi,

I'm running an RX580 8GB with an i7 6700k @ 4Ghz.
I've used the settings as shown in this video, at 18:58 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=385eG1IEZMU&t=1138s
However, I'm still getting 45 - 60 fps, but would like a steady 60fps.

Are there any other users who have managed to get their settings optimized for steady 60fps gameplay at 1080p?

Do you use vulkan or Dx 12 ?

Same for me when I had Dx 12, since I use vulkan I get 70-110

The advanced graphics settings are set to Vulkan, still locked; haven't changed anything in there.
My Radeon Software is on 20.8.3, so I think I'm running Vulkan, although I'm not 100% sure how to check.

That is both part 1 & part 2 settings, should help you, I'm using the RX 570 8gb, not much different from the RX 580 8gb

Applied both settings, Steam fps counter is still showing between 50-60 fps in Horseshoe Overlook.
I have no idea how others with an RX5-- series GPU are able to get steady frames above 60..

This guide got me a very stable 55 - 60 fps. The AMD software says my average fps is 58. I don't use Vulcan as it causes a graphic glitch with water, so I use DX 12.

I have an AMD 3600x, 16GB ram, RX 580 8GB. I play 1080p at 60hz.
