Report a translation problem
The advanced graphics settings are set to Vulkan, still locked; haven't changed anything in there.
My Radeon Software is on 20.8.3, so I think I'm running Vulkan, although I'm not 100% sure how to check.
Could you share your graphics settings with me? 70-110 sounds good. :)
That is both part 1 & part 2 settings, should help you, I'm using the RX 570 8gb, not much different from the RX 580 8gb

Applied both settings, Steam fps counter is still showing between 50-60 fps in Horseshoe Overlook.
I have no idea how others with an RX5-- series GPU are able to get steady frames above 60..
This guide got me a very stable 55 - 60 fps. The AMD software says my average fps is 58. I don't use Vulcan as it causes a graphic glitch with water, so I use DX 12.
I have an AMD 3600x, 16GB ram, RX 580 8GB. I play 1080p at 60hz.
