left wagon outside of camp, where is it?

when I drove a stolen wagon to camp, it said I can't take it to camp, but it'll be outside camp when I am done. I went into camp, went to sleep for a few hours, but I can't find the wagon outside. where is it?? I want to sell it

Despawn timers are a thing. Especially if you go through a load screen or a transition phase. The world refreshes and resets.

Wagons that are stolen and aren't part of a mission don't last long. I found that out by repeatedly trying to get them to my camp and having them lose a wheel on the way.
