The only games that have a disgusting price tag on it is the COD games. Black ops 2 is still $60.
early access games are overpriced as well, I hate Greenlight that started across steam and now we have so much more garbage games that shouldn't be here
You might be, I'm using less than half of my PC power and getting 45-50 on max without having to subscribe to psn in order to play it, that's the thing about PC's vs console, a console is one platform, SIMPLE TO OPTIMISE.
A PC, well there are multitudes of combinations and parts, power levels, all sorts, near impossible to optimise, but you're totally ignorant of this because a game that was developed for EIGHT YEARS was done so free of charge, just so you could enjoy it. Right? Free of charge that eight years of work was it? No it wasn't, THAT is what you are paying for.
Your bad pc performance is nothing to do with the price of games these days.
I don't think you got what i said... Actually, you understood the exact opposite of what i said...
Sorry dude, was distracted by things in the house.
The points stand, just shouldn't have made them in reply to you.
It's been out for two years on console, one on PC everyone on console has it already, that's the main reason it's cheaper there.
Point about eight years to develop a game that people seem to think should be free to play, company has paid a team of people for years and years as soon as GTA 5 was released they went to work on this and they delivered big time.
Is it any wonder actual issues don't seem to get addressed or take months to get noticed when there is just a flood of people everywhere going on about not having something for nothing?
I'm all for complaining about the price of games, about bad companies, there are loads of them, Larian Studios wanted £50+ for four levels of an early access title just because the name Baldurs Gate is on it, Jedi Fallen order wanted £70 for a 10 hour 3d platform game dressed up as something else and its 9/10 rated, I got that in the sale and thought it was too expensive for I got. Bethesda spend more money on advertising and hype than they do on development.
Rockstar at least deliver with their titles both GTA and RDR are very good games and they are one of the only companies these days that still do.
We're only a year out of beta on rdr2 online, we're 7 nearly 8 years into GTA V online and its still getting supported and updated and people complain about the option to help support it.
I'm not sure why you would rather throw a tantrum raging at everyone who points out facts: It goes on sale and goes on sale for pretty cheap. It's not anyone's fault but your own for missing out on the price reduction. The game is still worth it though.
I got it for £36 in a Steam sale. Another one coming up this weekend. So be patient. But you cant compare console and PC game prices. Usually PC games are much cheaper than console games, in this case they ain't. Either fork out the cash or don't play it. Its a superb game its worth a lot more than £36.
Exactly :)
