Does anyone else have a "Too Many Horses" problem?

In online, I have 10 horses that want to keep and 10 saddles for each of them of course. I like to make role sets, so I get the outfit and accessories, horse which is equipped with the saddle that comes with the role... I do it for each role. That makes 5 horses already. Then I have my old pink breton, the first horse I bought when I was low rank, and then and the black Arabian, a Turkoman, a Throughbred, and a Hungarian Halfbred which I got when we got to choose a free horse that's available before a certain rank. So now my stable is full. And I like all those horses.

But I still have a few more horses that I want to buy and I have no space for a Missouri Fox Trotter. I also want a Shire even if it's a heavy handling, slow horse, I just like it. It's huge and beautiful.
I think at some point we will need more stalls and saddle space anyway for possible future new horses that can be released. I don't want to delete my horses. I had to delete my delgado saddle in order to be able to use the new bounty hunter saddle on my black breton and it wasn't fun. I couldn't even sell it. It's just discarded, disappeared.

I don't understand why we need to be so limited when there are tons of nice horses in the game.

And it's most terrible in the story mode. You can just have 4.

You could say "why on earth do you need 10 horses anyway?" But, you know, horses and dogs, you can never have too many. They are wonderful animals. (I also wish we could have more dogs on our camp)

Servers rented from Google that holds info about players stats and inventory has limited space. So that`s why we don`t have unlimited inventories. And greedy R* don`t wanna invest more. In their eyes we should kick old horses and spend money each time when we need new horse.
And to add to this we can`t grab horses from world, we can`t sell our old horses to get at least some money back. We have to throw them away and buy new ones again. Monetization at it`s peak.

I had 8 horses, but only use 2, so cleared out, now I have only my Shire which is used constantly in free roam, missions, story etc, and my Turkoman which is purely used when I race. And of something had to happen to the Shire, then my Turkoman, Comanche, will join me while Duke recovers, though this rarely happens because Duke is a walking brick wall.

My ten saddles is a bigger problem. I can't even look at new ones. But yeah, I want two of these new horses which means I have to get rid of two of the ones I have. I'll trade out my Fox Trotter so that'll be easy.

I just use the Black Arabian from Saint Denis, and I can get as many of the white arabians that I want as well since one respawns close to where the game starts on first chapter (single player)

Christ I feel that, I have 10 horses and adore all of them, but I want mooore ToT me picking up new horses has become a running gag in my friend group.... (I have 4 MFTs cuz reasons, silver turkoman, black arabian, buckskin mustang, silver tailed buckskin american standardbred, leopard appaloosa and a lvl 20 bay briton...)

Shires are awesome, one of my friend has one and he's the terror of the group, no one gets near her without getting trampled xD We don't even need to shoot at enemies, she just crashes through them like a wrecking ball xD He takes more of a beating than horses with twice his health and comes out of it fresh as a daisy, it's ridiculous.

I think having to discard them without even getting a fraction of what you spent on them is the thing that pisses me off the most by a landslide. It's absolutely ridiculous and for a game that prides itseld on immersion, that shatters it. it makes NO sense and is the single most insultingly obvious cashgrab I've ever seen....

Is Bill's horse a shire? There doesn't seem to be a way to tell what kind of horse people have in story unless it's completely obvious. Dutch has an Arabian, Charles has an appaloosa, John has a thoroughbred (I think)...I'm hoping Bill's horse is obvious to someone so I can pray to the Rockstar gods about it.

I have this problem, but I also dont want to have max 10 horses in online, my money goes down too fast(and I'm broke often even tho I'm 300+ lvl, yesterday I had left 21c) that way. I decided to have 3 main (which have full cores, tinker, mustang and klaudruber) horses, 1 for races(criollo) and 2 cuties for casual riding(american paint). I tend to buy horses and throw them away and for some time rebuying these same again. XD I got OVER 120 horses in online, total.

I only have four I was looking to get more though-- I didn't believe these discussion boards when they were saying different horses were different kinds of skittish but then I got a fox trotter and its skittish as hell. Can any of you ten-horse people speak to that? If I was looking for braver horse breeds which ones should I pay attention to?

I really want like a FiveM for RDO-- I'd kill for servers that had dead-eye disabled entirely, more horses too I didn't know we were limited to ten :C that does sound like the stable costs would get expensive though

For me klaudruber work the best as all around horse, for hunting and shooting.

It seems like you should be able to start some kind of "ranch" in the game.
Maybe even a system of somehow mooshing two horses together to create a smaller younger horse.
