Having issues with zooming

doesnt matter if im using binoculars or scope i cant stay zoomed in it seems to be just random sometimes i can zoom for 15 seconds before it zooms out sometimes for less than a second i cant stop it from zooming out for instance if i have a deer in my scope and i go to shoot it will zoom out and ill miss

thank you for your reply but i assure you thats not the issue rdr2 is among a dozen games i rotate though my mouse gives me no issues and its only a month old not to mention it works perfect offline

So you have this problem only with binoculars and tele attachment for weapons?

Do you have some mods active or changed some settings? I would reset all settings, maybe try it with a controller and if such problems persist reinstall rdr2.

yeah um no im not reinstalling a 110gb i have no mods i just started playing if it works fine in offline then the issue isnt on my end
