Regarding the missing princess, this YouTuber has covered the mystery in several videos, so you can search their channel for more bits and pieces if you like. I've watched all of them over the course of several months with large intervals so I don't quite remember what was covered where.

1) He's in GTA 6 and will be the main character.

1) It's easter Egg from other game. I heard already this question "Where is Gavin?" before in older game. But I cannot tell which one exacly.

2) She can be found in game. And you can interact with her. But there is no way to collect reward for her.

3) This is just crazy girl who was locked here because she was dangerous to leave free. Probably because reputation loss if someone would know that there is psycho in family.
