[Answered] Online: Where to take captured prisoners? (Sheriff not showing in List/Index)

Just wondering where to take a captured prisoner, I have one on my horse right now, tied up... In the Single Player, I'd take him to a local Sheriff - but the Online Mode isn't showing any inthe list, or in Town icons... Is there someone else I take them to?

You can take them to any Sheriff/Police station. Even if there's a message, "deliver your bounty to Rhodes sheriff"or whatever, you could still deliver them to another sheriif/town or bounty wagon if you like.

I do see that if I pick up a Bounty or something, it says that - but this was just some guy that shot another guy on the road. Perhaps it didn't 'trigger' anything in the game, not sure. I ended up putting him in a jail cell and just leaving him there lol

I thought it was going to be like the Single Player, where if you pick up an escaped prisoner or someone that shot someone else, you can take the perp to the nearest town and the Sheriff will give you a little bit of money for them (even if they weren't a Bounty and just some guy you picked up).

I'll mark this as 'answered' since I think it was just the Online version, something didn't trigger. Thanks again, though.

yeah, it's a pity you can't "arrest" these random npc killers and get some $ reward for it in Online...
