Report a translation problem
I do see that if I pick up a Bounty or something, it says that - but this was just some guy that shot another guy on the road. Perhaps it didn't 'trigger' anything in the game, not sure. I ended up putting him in a jail cell and just leaving him there lol
I thought it was going to be like the Single Player, where if you pick up an escaped prisoner or someone that shot someone else, you can take the perp to the nearest town and the Sheriff will give you a little bit of money for them (even if they weren't a Bounty and just some guy you picked up).

I'll mark this as 'answered' since I think it was just the Online version, something didn't trigger. Thanks again, though.
