Bounty Delivery Saint Denis

Where do you take bodies in Saint Denis? I took a bounty to the police station, and ended up walking around the station for 2 minutes, without being able to deliver. Then the time expired.

Oh yeah, and when I tried to start another bounty, I could not access the bounty board - the control was grayed out -- even when I restart and change session.
