buy bandana, equip it from item wheel.

Nah there's a current bug, face mask is invisible when equipped

Its invisible with the bear pelt coat as far as i know

there is no need for a fix with this.
Some clothes don't match up with each other.

it will not give you the normal message which you get when trying other clothes, but it is (probably, for I am not a dev) the same mechanic. ;)
