daily challenges keep getting locked

So it happened yesterday and now today. It happens when a majority of them have been completed and I think it has to do with hitting 9/9 role challenges completed giving me the extra 1.5 gold bars or whatever it is.

Is this some horrible working as intended as of the new update or a bug cause now im just missing out on gold with not being able to do all the challenges since in the menu it reverts the role challenges I didnt complete to them showing as 1/1 or 2/2 etc and locks the others. The roles are all maxed out, except herbalist.

It actually allows you to do the challenges that you want. Not only is that better and make it easier you now get 1.5gold bars for completing all general dailies AND 1.5 gold bars for completing the role challenges as well(provided you have a daily streak of 21+ days or more).

Yes but once naturalist is maxed out that will give me 15 daily challenge roles. But ill only be able to do 9 of them and receive the amount of gold for doing 12 of them. Thats 1.5 gold a day I now cant get. If it was still the original 4 roles only then I would say its good for saving me time and not having to do 3 of the challenges but still getting the amount of doing 12/12

It looks like it locks any extra role related dailies after you finish the 9/9 challenge for the day.
Really sucks when you have a bunch of easy ones or ones you've already made progress on.
It almost makes buying any future roles not worth it since you won't benefit from having three more dailies to earn.

Though I suppose we should be thankful glorious c* allows us any opportunities to get gold without having us bend over in preparation to receive their greedy member.
