Questions about new The Naturalist role.

Hello I have some questions about new The Naturalist role.

#1 - I keep seeing that this Harriet lady will get mad at you for killing to many animals and stop you from doing quest with her or talking to her, but I need to kill animals in order to fill up Crisp stock for my Trader missions.
On top of that, in order to complete 100% an animal in the book, you have to kill and skin it.

Me and my friends picked up the role together but now we are worried about doing Crisp trading missions together.

Is it true she will get mad with you?

#1 - Can anyone explain what the /stamp/ is for in the book? I only have creatures 50% done and they have been stamped, but the 100% creatures are not stamped.

#3 - Are we are suppose to be collecting all of a creatures samples as a set before turning it in, like with collector?

1.yes, she will get mad with you, its true, if u killed too many animals, next time u go to meed her, she will use anesthesia spray(Idk what that is) to anesthesia you, after been anesthetized, she would be unavailable for a few minutes.

The stamp is placed after you have sold a sample of this animal.
After you collecting all stamps on any one page you can "sold" this page and all your stamps dissapear and you can repeat whole process.

No, it was only a few minutes. Also, she was really mad and me and I kept waving and it cheered her up. She even said she liked my attitude or something. I did not get sprayed again. Food for thought, might be a bug with her honor/aggression trigger.

But yea, you can't have your cake and eat it too now. It's either the North American Hunting Club or PETA. Not sure there is a lot of cross-membership there.

my exp with her is, do trader, when cribs is happy and has full load, goto her and she gets mad, you sleep for a sec or two, wake up. do a bounty or what ever mission, and by that time shes all happy again at you and you can do what ever again, for the killing and skinning part, first collect all smaples, tracks, study's, then start to kill and skin them while doing cribs for example... rins and repeat.

What's a sample...?

1. She will only spray you with her hippy knockout spray if you go to Gus and sell him pelts. (Any Pelts or Animal parts)

2. Not all Animals are Sampled, Small Animals (Critters) Can not be knocked out with the rifle because it will kill them, so you only need to Take a Picture of them while they are moving around with the Advanced Camera, (If they are dead or sedated pictures will not work, the camera can be found in the Fishing section of your catalogue)

3. You only get money from returning samples to Harriet or Pelts to Gus, But only with Harriet do you get Experience for the Naturalist Role itself. You also CAN NOT sedate/sample then kill and skin the same animal. No idea why, but you are unable to do this. So if you don't need an animals pelt, sedate and sample it instead. Revival potions are useless unless you need to take a picture of them and forgot. The animals will get back up after 30 seconds anyways.

why would you skin it after sedation, the second you hit the animal its droped to one star, practically useless skin wise.

If I even kill a deer to turn into Crips, she gets mad. Hell I accidently ran over a squirrel while going to her on horseback and she sprayed me over it. I was pissed because I had killed no creatures. I logged on and ran straight to her.

I really hope they fix this. It's incredibly annoying.

They won't fix it, because it's intended. Kill animals, and Harriet throws a fit.
