As a last resort, check your system logs in Event Viewer... it may have something that helps.
Yes, I use ASC (free version) too... it does a lot more than CCleaner, but not when it comes to the Registry.... in my opinion. But, it would be the second program I would pay for, maybe I will one day.
I tried with solution 1, with solution 3 i only uninstalled the game with rockstar software and install again, i don't tried uninstalling Steam.
Do you have the same issue like the video?

RDR2 is running fine on my system. I do not launch the game from Steam, I launch the game from the AMD Software application. Can you try this? And thank you for your feedback.
