How to adjust Brightness on PC after initial setting?

Hi, I can't seem to find any option to adjust the game's brightness once the game has started. I was able to do the initial adjustment, but the game is still way too dark and I want to readjust it to be brighter. I've seen discussion of people on consoles saying there is a way to adjust brightness in display, but I quite literally don't have that option there. Can anyone help?

It's in the Graphics Settings, just before Advanced Graphics settings. Refer pic below...

PS: To tell the truth, it took me ages before I finally found it back when I first installed! Then boom, there it was.

I think everyone is looking for a slider or % and not just a button for a sub-menu.

besides the location another issue people might find like myself is that IF you have HDR enabled then the brightness setting disappears...just turn off HDR.
