Is there any shortcut to getting fitted pants? without reaching level 59?
I didn't get it at the start of the game for some reason it sucks

Yeah you can spend their premium currency Gold Bars to bypass all rank and in game cash walls.

How much gold will this cost? the pants is 59 level I am currently 16

Might make more sense to delete character and start over until I get it free after prison as I am obly 16?

No idea, but I doubt what you want is a free option at character creation.
