[ERROR 0x10001023] Bought Outlaw Pass and new profession, but now cant play only show me this error...

I bought the Outlaw Pass and the new profession, but now whenever I try to play Online again only from ERROR 0x10001023. NAT is moderated (ok, I always played like this) and UPNP is enabled (I always played like this). I've already added ports, firewall, etc etc ... everything was normal until hours ago, now I can't play anymore. I'm seeing 3 friends playing, but I can't because it always gives this error.

What I always found strange was that, since I bought the game through steam, I can never play if a launcher is already open. If I open the Launcher when the computer restarts, for exemple, and try to open the game via Steam, it says in the Launcher that I need to buy the game...WHHAAAAT?!?

If I open the launcher, it opens the steam, it appears that the game is loading, but even leaving hours, the game never actually opens. I've linked the accounts on rockstar, email, everything just right. With GTA everything is normal, I never had this problem, but with RDR2 not. Even since I bought it, I need to close the launcher, and open the game on steam for him to load the launcher on his own and just so he can play. All right until then. I played the weekend normally, earlier today too ... I bought the new profession, Outlaw pass, and stop to lunch... When I came back to play again, since I came back, only this error appears: 0x10001023.
Would anyone know how I could solve it or what's going on?

Same here with the Rockstar Launcher. Could play earlier but now i get that error when trying to connect to a session.

Hi tried a lot with Rockstar Support but unfortunatly nothing worked.
I tried a VPN connection and it worked so probably my ISP has some issues

This is why your better of buying it from who made the game and not places like steam sadly.

I have had 3 crashes in game and one for ever loading screen, kinda expected there be issue's again tbh.

Maybe report it to RS.

I have same issue, yesterday after update played normal as usual without any issues and bought Outlaw Pass. Today i can login cuz everytime is this dam error 0x10001023

Yup, me too, social club overview is broken too, my character is not loading up properly
