Ok, rollback to older graphic drivers is useless. Don't waste your time.
You guys should give it a try for yourself (if you're not on 2004 alrdy)
Gonna test more tomorrow if you are upscaling in RDR2 settings you can ry to set it to off, not sure yet if that was causing my problems since the update
Thank you for writing back to us.
This issue could be caused by a program running in the background coming in conflict with either the game or a supporting service. The steps below can help troubleshoot by disabling any background programs unrelated to running the game as well as how to perform a Clean Boot.
Disabling Unnecessary Programs
Close the game and any launcher you may be using
Press Ctrl + Shift + ESC to open the Task Manager
Select the Process tab under Task Manager
Under the Apps section of the Process Tab
Select each program that is not the Task Manager
Press ALT + E to close the application
Close the Task Manager
Relaunch the game you were trying to play
If this does not resolve your issue, we suggest you perform a Clean Boot with only Microsoft and Rockstar services enabled to help diagnose the issue.
Performing a Clean Boot on Windows 10
Sign into your computer using an account with Administrator privileges
Press the Windows key to bring up the Start Menu
In the Search box on the Taskbar, type msconfig and select System Configuration
On the Services tab under System Configuration
Select the Hide all Microsoft services check box
Disable all services except the Rockstar Games Library Service
Select the Startup tab under System Configuration
Select Open Task Manager
Select the Startup tab under Task Manager
Select each item and then click Disable
Close Task Manager
On the Startup tab under System Configuration
Select OK
Restart your computer
Relaunch the game you were trying to play
If the issue continues to occur, please feel free to reach us.

If anyone wants to try what rockstar suggested to me, it obviously didn't work for me and I await their response .......
Maybe someone else will be luckier ..........
Just download RedM client until rockstar fixes his garbage game. I am updating the client right now, i heard this fixes the problem and let you play the game.
edit: RedM is like FiveM for gta v, but apparently it lets you play without the annoying crashes.
0. You need .NET Core Runtime : https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download
1. Get DepotDownloader: https://github.com/SteamRE/DepotDownloader
2. Open a commandline and cd to the DepotDownloader folder
3. depotdownloader.bat -app 1174180 -depot 1174184 -manifest 927270803708030361 -username STEAMUSER -password STEAMPASS -validate
4. Wait until downloads are finished, then put steam into offline mode
5. Copy the files you downloaded with DepotDownloader into your Red Dead Redemptiopn2 folder
Optional steps:
6. Hopefully have fun without the crash
7. Read: https://www.reddit.com/r/PCRedDead/comments/ibo56z/today_r_pissed_me_off_to_the_nth_degree_calling/
8. Raise awareness!
I was wondering the other day if that might fix something for some people, just haven't had the time to look at it (I was also a apprehensive about trying it as it could get you banned...)
Thanks for looking at it, will try it myself see if it works for Shadow users as well.
