Dragon mouth orchids question.

I had strange thing yesterday , I am on 4th list of Exotics, but I was able to find Dragon mouths orchids for 5th list. But , I was able only to find 4 of them near O creagh's run and a little bit to the south, but others on the north and on the west simply don't spawn, I check their location on youtube as well for PS4 and for PC, and they just not spawn. Do you had this issue guys?

I will see will they appear after I end 4th list .
