I'm concerned about OP's obsession with hidden geometry though, most people would naturally assume that there's no point making it if it's not going to be seen. To make a thread about your shock over the missing parts (see what I did there?) makes it seem like genuine distress.

Because at no point in the game do you see either of them naked, below the waist, so why bother wasting time and effort on making something that isn't going to be seen.
