Homing tomahawk missing
I'm in chapter 6, I have the Homing tomahawk pamphlet, I've read the pamphlet, I still cannot craft the Homing tomahawk, nor can I get this item in my inventory in any way.

If you don't have any owl feathers the recipe won't show by default. If you click "show all" you can see it that way, too. It took me a long time to figure out what was going on with crafting.
