Is the Perlino Andalusian removed from the game?

I went to its supposed spawn point a million times now and still haven't seen it once. What's going on?

its a terrible horse so dont bother, just go to blackwater, get the lawman dbags to come after you, kite them over to riggs station kill them and take their horse. ive got a missouri foxtrotter, mustang, turkoman, thoroughbreds from those lawmen in chapter 2. i did get that andalusian in roanoke last month, it was terrible so i sold it.

I just like it for the color man, I'm not picky otherwise. So it is in the game then? It's not removed?

if you are going to the correct spot in roanoke by the waterfall during afternoon in game u should see it there, its white so it sticks out pretty easy. i got him a month ago but they did release a patch since it might have bugged out. try sleeping in game for 2 days and go back, or do a side quest or something, that should reset the spawn.
