Trappers Missing?

I can't find a trapper in St. Denis (no sign of him at the General Store), I found the trapper camp east and slightly north of Riggs Station and the trapper camp in Tall Trees just off the river - both camps were there but no trapper to be found.

Is there something I'm supposed to do for these guys to show up? It seems odd that the camps are there but they're nowhere to be found.

Did you talk to Pearson , the butcher at camp ? Follow his requests , then he'll give a vague description where the trapper can be found, looks like you might have found it already, but you got ahead of the game. The trapper in St.Denis is located in an open market north of the General Store. It just sounds like the game didn't register something, re- validate your Steam files as a check on that, might be a good idea, too.

are you talking about single player? or online? the trappers dont exist in online mode as far as i know, its ok tho, you can sell most of your skins to the butchers, the bigger ones you gotta be holding them physically tho

Yeah, I was looking for them online. Thanks for letting me know, though it seems pretty silly to have their camps set up at all if they'll never be there.

My bad man, I haven't played online yet, should have thought about that as well.
