So I lost the White Arabian horse...

I went to Lake Isabella and bonded with the horse, but right before I could put the saddle onto her, I accidentally clicked an option for cooking up a wolf I had killed earlier, it teleported me back to the camp. I was wondering if the horse reappears again if you didn't saddle it? I only bonded with the horse. I tried passing several days of game time and lurked around the western bank, to no avail.

if it does not show on map as your temp its gone. you could have looked around but things despawn pretty fast off screen.

It respawns. I forget when. Maybe after 3 game-days... or in a new game session.

There is also another Arabian north west of Strawberry its not a white Arabian but you could use it while you wait for the white one to respawn.

There are vids on youtube showing the location.

You can also get the black arabian which is the best version from a random event on Saint Denis.

Ok well good news everyone, I passed 3 or 4 days of game time, reloaded my game, and the horse was at the west bank. I had to bond again though.

if you lose it before putting on a saddle or if the horse sometime later dies it will respawn at the location. As long as you have it as your horse it will not be available at Lake Isabella

You mean the horse will respawn somewhere around the location where it died right before?
