Is normal if i try to reach with boat im automatically killed and teleported to saint denise?

Yes, the penitentary is out of bounds and when you head to an out of bounds area there is basically a kill plain that when you try to pass it will instantly sink your boat and drain your stamina until you die.

You can not get there in online currently except for a couple of showdowns that occur on the island and after those showdowns end you are sent to the next showdown. If you exit out of a showdown that would be in Sisika, you get put in St Denis.

Maybe they will eventually add something that features that area, but if they do, it is going to be a long time before they do it, they have announced no plans or goals involving more area in the game.

I instantly killed not lose the stamina during travel(boat not sink).
