Can't complete harmonica request for sadie?

So i went to get a harmonica for sadie, then went back to camp and it gave me option to give to Sadie, i did that then nothing happens, harmonica is gone, but she said nothing about it at all and the mission is still in my log? i did other camp request and they had small chat but not sadie, anyone got a fix for this one or do i just have to move on?

I know its been a couple days, but it may have registered you as giving it to her anyway and the mission is updated to say wait for a reward. I had that happen with a couple people, they didn't acknowledge that I gave them it, but the mission updated and I got my reward and then the mission disappeared.
