How do I use horse medicine?
Ok, normal medicine for Arthur is being used by klicking on it in the inventory.

But the horse medicine is always greyed out for me. What can I do about that?

You need to be near or on a horse to use it.

I`m very near, I sit on it. Standing next to it didn`t change. Inventory items that are horse related stay greyed out.

Got it, you have to use the wheel to use horse medicine.

Yup. On top of the horse, always.

Buy all the sugar you can carry and stroke the horse 2 or 3 times each time. Ur bound will level up quickly.
