In-game on-line and off-line can not receive mail rewards and items

I'm a Chinese Gamer, and last month I bought a standard version of your company's masterpiece, A Fistful of Dollars 2, on steam, and I was blown away by the content, it also left me with a tricky problem: I couldn't get an email from an NPC in-game in story mode. After I catch the legendary fish and send it to NPC, the upper left corner of the game will remind me of the unclaimed mail prize, but when I go to the post office and talk to the post office staff, I don't have the option to receive mail, i now have 13 rumored fish in the mail to PNC and still no reward. One of the tasks in the game is called new world new friend. The request is to send a perfect squirrel and a perfect rabbit to npcs. I have finished the task and sent them to npcs, but I also received no reward, this mission hasn't been able to trigger a follow-up. At first I thought it was because I didn't trigger something, but now I'm 90% done with the game and 100% done with the story. Personal feeling is to encounter some kind of BUG, if it is, hope to get your company's solution. I also wondered if I hadn't started playing in online mode, so I created online mode characters to have a few hours of online gaming experience, which was also a great way to experiment with different gameplay styles. But when I used the catalog book to buy various items and was informed that they had been mailed to the camp or could be picked up at the post office, the same problem arose: I still couldn't get my purchases. Potential FIX for PC: The problem is likely with the keybindings, due to an overlap issue.

If your "Buy from Shop" key (which counts as "receive mail" for post offices) is bound to B it may overlap with the default for "Pay Bounty". The game does not detect this overlap and stops rendering "receive mail" if used because it prioritizes "Pay Bounty." Bind "Buy from Shop" to something different from "Pay Bounty" and you should be able to claim your parcels.

Sorry about the necro, but this is for people googling this. Bug still exists in 2022 (PC/Steam) and just spent 30 mins scouring the internet before finding the solution.
