Buying stuff online in catalogue but it isn't being delivered to post office?

I was in an online posse and I decided to order something in catalogue mode. Naturally, I assumed it had been delivered to the post office but it is acting as though I never bought it even though my money has gone down and it isn't at the post office.

Has anyone else had this issue??

you should be able to order things from the catalogue and have them show up immediately at your mailbox/camp-lockbox .... unless it was a weapon.

weapons and maybe some other types of items are sent directly to your horse somehow, so you merely need to check your horse's inventory for them.

It was a bandolier and it never showed up at the mailbox. I had to buy it at the store a second but it took my virtual cash the first time.
